CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY

1. Consumer’s Right to Cancel for Distance Selling

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005), if you are acting as a Consumer and are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may return them and obtain a refund equal to the price already paid.

The right of cancellation can be exercised within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

For hygienic and health protection reasons—and in line with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, which excludes cancellation rights for sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened—you may exercise the right of cancellation only if the products have not been opened after delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must:

  • Not have been used

  • Be unopened and sealed in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it

You must communicate your intention to exercise the right of cancellation to Extrabeat Srls customer service by sending an email to support@u-earth.store with:

  • (i) mentioning product, reason for return, date of purchase including the order number, and

  • (ii) a photo of the unused product(s), sealed in their original packaging, along with all accessories and leaflets.

Extrabeat Srls will notify you via email of the receipt of your request and whether it intends to proceed with or deny your cancellation, stating the reasons for any refusal. Please ensure that the items are eligible for return before shipping them.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of communication of their decision to cancel the contract. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Products should be shipped to one of the following address:

We recommend using a traceable shipping method with proof of dispatch.

If the return is approved, you will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to cancel, pursuant to Article 56 of the Consumer Code.

Please note, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The sealed product packaging has been opened

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not attributable to us

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery

2. Limited Guarantee

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Articles 128 et seq.), Extrabeat Srls, as the official e-commerce retailer, guarantees that U-Earth branded products:

  • Comply with the specifications as advertised

  • Are of merchantable quality

  • Are fit for the intended purpose for 24 months from the date of purchase

The Consumer forfeits the right to claim under this guarantee if the defect is not reported within 2 months of its discovery.

The warranty applies in the following cases:

  • The product does not match the specifications advertised

  • The product is unfit for its stated use

  • The product is made of inferior materials or shows defects not expected from U-Earth quality standards

This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, or wear unrelated to normal usage.

3. Method of Claiming Under the Limited Guarantee

If the items purchased arrive defective or damaged, they must be returned to:

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method.

Extrabeat Srls, upon verification of a valid defect covered under warranty, will send a replacement product free of charge, including reimbursement of return shipping costs if justified.
