Shipping policy

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and local import regulations.

All orders are shipped within 48 working hours from our logistics centres in the European Union. Delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method (express or standard).
In general, delivery takes 1–10 working days worldwide.

Customs Duties & Import Fees (Important)

All international orders are shipped from the European Union.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to:

• Import duties
• Local taxes (e.g. VAT, sales tax)
• Courier handling / clearance fees (e.g. DHL)

These charges:

• Are not included at checkout
• Are determined by your local customs authorities
• Must be paid by the customer to receive the package

If customs duties are not paid:

• The shipment may be returned or destroyed by customs
• Shipping, return, and handling costs will not be refunded
• Any additional charges incurred may be billed to the customer

United States

Due to recent changes in US import regulations, orders of any value may now be subject to import duties and fees upon arrival.

Even lower-value shipments can incur:

• Customs duties
• DHL clearance / processing fees

These charges are collected directly by the carrier and are not controlled by us.

United Kingdom

Orders are shipped from the European Union

Depending on the order value and shipping method, your order may be subject to UK import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are collected by the carrier.

Canada

• Orders over CAD $20 may be subject to GST/HST and customs duties
• Charges depend on province and product category
